SCOOTER2

Scooter is a very young 10 year old, and is a handsome jet black with a whisper of white on his chest. His fur is shiny and soft. Scooter only weighs about 14 pounds. He shows the other dogs the ropes and helps them get over being shy or with other issues. Scooter is playful, yet not overly exuberant. He loves to cuddle and to snuggle with his people!. He also LOVES his ball !! =) If you would love to comfort a real doll of a senior who still thinks he’s a puppy, this is the best deal around. Scooter is neutered, fully vaccinated, parasite-free and has his microchip. He is reliably house trained, crate-trained, and walks pretty well on a leash (he just gets so excited about all of the new smells, other doggies and other people!).

Through no fault of his own, Scooter is looking for a new home. Mom and dad got divorced, and mom, Scooter and her other bigger dogs had to move in with her mom and her mom’s bigger dogs. With so many bigger dogs, he got scared and started hiding in their bedroom.

Scooter's adoption fee is $325. If you would like to meet or adopt Scooter the LoveBug, please visit with Polly at 480-215-2349, an ADR Volunteer. She will ask you a few questions about the dog you’re looking for, your previous pets (if any), your home and your backyard. Thank you!

Scooter is healthy and has no behavior issues. He'll go quickly. We cannot wait to find him a wonderful forever home!!! :-D Please call Polly. We will take down Scooter’s profile when he is adopted. Thank you!

Scooter2 is re-adopted on Oct 2, 2026 to Phyllis M and Dale B of Sun City, AZ. Scooter is their only dog, but they are fostering Niko also. He is already getting lots of love and attention. We're so happy for Scooter!! =-D
