Meet The Phillies Puppies!<br/><br/>Mama Phyllis came to us after her and her 8 newborn puppies were found outside, frightened, alone, and with nowhere safe to go after she had just given birth.<br/><br/>Mama dogs need a safe place to raise their puppies, time to recover, and full medical care during and after raising their puppies.
