Sassy is a 3 yr old, spayed female boxer mix. She weighs around 65lbs. She came to us due to her previous owners health issues. Sassy is a big love bug and would thrive in a home setting. She loves attention and wants to be by your side whenever she can! She needs a home with calm energy due to an injury to her rear ACL's. Sassy loves to play, take walks, & fetch, but has to do so in moderation due to her legs. She gets along with other dogs, but is picky and does not like cats. She loves to give kisses, but beware, she likes to nibble sometimes when she gives them so she would be best in a home with no small children. <br/><br/>Open to foster as well<br/><br/>ADOPTION FEE: $225<br/>All ACHS dogs are given initial vaccines (Distemper and Bordetella), wormed, spayed/neutered and microchipped.<br/>FENCE: Encouraged but not required.<br/>DOG IN HOME: Required. We will not adopt to be an outside pet.<br/>CHILDREN: Older. She has a lot of energy.<br/>CATS: No<br/><br/>INQUIRIES: ALL adoptions begin with a submitted adoption application, which is found on our website, https://www.achs-pets.com/adoptapp.html . IF YOU ARE GOING ON VACATION OR ARE NOT YET READY TO PROCEED PLEASE APPLY WHEN YOU ARE.***<br/><br/>ALL applications take 3-5 days to go over. We are a BEST MATCH facility. We try to match the pet’s personality and needs with the family’s needs and lifestyle to increase the likelihood of a lifetime happy relationship for the whole family. The online application we provide on our website, achs-pets.com, is a preliminary application. We will check the veterinary information of the applicant’s other animals and the landlord permission to have pets if the applicant is a renter.
