Sasha

Sasha is a two year old, spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped & docked Rottie/Lab mix weighing 68lbs. Prior to coming to rescue, she lived her life contained in a laundry room, therefore she is learning all the wonderful things about being a dog: ball and stick fetching, TOYS, going for walks, snuggling- you name it she loves it!! She is good with dog savvy cats as well as kids (we recommend children 12+ due to her size and strength), she has never met a stranger and has lots of love to give everyone she meets! She is good & playful around other dogs. While we would categorize her as medium energy, she will require a fenced yard to allow her ample ability to play ball and fetch, which is her favorite. She is good on leash but is strong. She takes over the counter Dasuquin (daily joint supplement which will need to continue). In addition to a vet reference check, a home visit will be completed therefore you MUST BE a reasonable driving distance from the areas we serve (Asheville NC/Greenville SC) and willing to drive to Mills River, NC. for your dog to meet her before we would proceed with an adoption.
