Sanford's Story
Meet Sanford!

Sanford is a senior hound dog with a very loving and gentle personality. He is grateful for every bit of love he receives and is probably the biggest couch potato ever. Could you give Sanford a soft bed or couch to call his own? All he needs is love (and some treats) and he will be your biggest fan.
Sanford is unfortunately heartworm positive so he will need ongoing treatment which is why he is deemed special needs.

*CONTACT SHELTER DIRECTLY BY PHONE FOR MORE INFORMATION AND STATUS UPDATES*

If you rent and wish to adopt ANY animal from us, you must bring the lease agreement/ proof that you are allowed to have the pet, and an addendum if necessary.

Shelter Hours Below:
Tuesday through Friday- 10:00AM to 4:30PM
Saturday- 10:00AM to 3:30PM (Appt Only Please)
Sunday- Closed
Monday- Closed

12471 Taylor Complex Lane, Ashland, VA 23005

(804) 365-6485
