Meet Sandy H 23050

Sandy is a real sweetheart! She is very food motivated and is learning to eat near my other dog. She is learning to share me but sometimes gets jealous and tries to come between me and my dog. She was reactive with my cat only once. She loves to go on walks when it is not raining. She is a cuddle bug in the evenings. Since Sandy has been in my home, she has had many vet appointments (bloodwork, dental, spay and mammary mass removals that were all benign). Sandy is feeling like a new dog. As she has begun to feel better her personality is coming out! She doesn't like to go outside to potty when it rains. Like most cockers she has almost frequent slight ear infections. Sandy prefers women over men, but is never aggressive with men. Sandys history: She was found as a stray in a known dump area in Oklahoma. Her coat was overgrown, matted, and full of burrs. She was in great need of veterinary care. She has come a long way since being rescued and for probably the first time in her life has found acceptance and companionship in her loving foster home. She will make a very loving family dog.
