Sandy

Sandy is a beautiful girl looking for her forever home. Sandy is at max 1 year old and shes 19 lbs. Out best guess is that she is a pug/Chihuahua/Dachshund mix. Shes a very sweet girl, friendly with everybody but shy.<br/>She seems to really like other dogs and want to be near them.<br/>She's mostly house trained and does well on leash and in the car.<br/>Sandy is quiet, gentle and shy, but comes out of her shell once she trusts you. She is good with all people and we think she'd be fine with kids 10 and up, who can give her space to feel comfortable (we think she may be scared by small children who don't know to give her space).<br/>She is frightened of men and shakes and sometimes barks when they approach her, though she is less scared of them if they have another dog with them, or if a woman is holding her while men pet her.
