Sampson is the definition of a sweet, mellow Frenchie with a big smile and a gentle heart! This handsome 5-year-old Blue Merle French Bulldog weighs 30 pounds and is one of those dogs who makes himself right at home wherever he goes.<br/>Sampson is friendly, trusting, and affectionate. He’s wonderfully chill for a Frenchie, sticks close to his humans, and loves his cuddles. He’s also great on leash and non-reactive when passing other dogs. Big dogs, little dogs- Sampson is happy to meet them all.<br/>When he’s not following his people around, you’ll probably find him doing his signature froggy sploot on a cool patch of grass or tile. He’s house-trained and does great in his crate overnight and in the mornings. He’s still working on feeling comfortable being crated when his foster family leaves, but he’s making progress.<br/>Sampson is smart, very food-motivated, and doing beautifully with positive-reinforcement training. He has a little playful nibble we’re working on, and he’s learning to channel his enthusiasm in appropriate ways. He’s also surprisingly athletic—this boy can jump high, and we’re talking serious Frenchie hops!<br/>Sampson would thrive with a family who will continue his training, give him plenty of love, and appreciate his confident personality.<br/>Neutered, house-trained, dog-friendly, kid-friendly, and endlessly handsome, Sampson is ready to find his forever people!
