Sampson

Sampson is a floppy eared Great Dane that weighs 139 pounds. He is 7 years old and was recently surrendered to us because the family was moving. He was adopted as a puppy from another animal shelter. Even though he appears to be purebred Great Dane, as a rescue, he never had his ears cropped. We think it makes him even cuter!!!<br/><br/>Sampson has shown how much of a gentle giant he is even though he has only been with us a little more than a week. He is adjusting well considering his life has completely changed. Dog friends help! He has gotten along great during all introductions and plays exteremely well with our 38 pound tripod dog Layla. She is absolutley smitten with him:) He also loves cuddling with an human that will pet him! <br/><br/>Sampson is also a fun walker.
