Sammi

Sammi is a dog that had his life turned upside down when his owner died, and he was surrendered to the shelter. He was cowering and drooling from stress in this new environment. One of our volunteers took him home and discovered his true personality. He has a vibrant personality. He gets along with other dogs and likes kids too.
He might have been spoiled in his home as there is a little demand barking with this adult spunk. Sammi is an adult Dachshund mix and about twenty pounds. Someone take him into your life and give him the life that he knows and deserves.

The ARK
477 State Route 26
Lacon, IL
309-246-4275
https://thearkanimalshelter.org

Adoption Hours
Mon-Wed, Fri 12-2
Sat 11-3
Thurs 5-8 p.m.

Cats and dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines before they leave The ARK.

Adoption Application
https://thearkanimalshelter.org/adopt/adoption-application/
*or fill out a hard copy during adoption hours

*Must be 21-years-old to adopt.

The ARK does vet checks.
