Samara Mixed Breed Myrtle Beach, SC

Beautiful Sweet Sammy girl (aka Samara) is about 5 years old (as of Feb. 2024) and weighs about 50 pounds. She has spent majority of her life (almost 4 years) with us here at the shelter. This is way too long for any animal to spend in a shelter environment. Samara just wants to me loved and cared for just like you!
Sammy is house trained, knows the command “sit”, potty trained, and non destructive. She doesn’t love going in the crate but once she’s in she doesn’t make a peep. She also loves going for a nice car ride!
Samara is still young and full of life and energy. She would do best in a home with an active lifestyle. A fenced in yard is always a plus so she can run around and play!
Samara is a strong girl who could use some leash training. She is very treat & toy motivated so she is easily trainable. She responds well to corrections and commands.
Sammy absolutes loves her toys. Any and all kinds! Her favorite are soft, fluffy toys. If it has a squeaker that’ll really make her happy! She also loves going to the beach and even getting in the ocean.
Samara is a princess so she would like to have all her humans to herself. (No other animals or young children)
If you’re looking for a perfect pup who will shower you with kisses, this is your girl? She just want someone who will appreciate her zoomies and playfulness. We promise you, she does calm down and is the best snuggle bug ever !!
