Applications are on our website countryroadrescue.org, or if requested, applications will be emailed and a scan or photo must be emailed back. If a post goes away, it's because there are several applications to be reviewed or the pet has been adopted. Meetings are by appointment only. Adoption Agreements and fee will be required at time of adoption. Please no phone calls. We can get back to you much faster via email at adoptions@countryroadrescue.org
