She found her way to us when her owner could no longer care for her, and she is now ready to find her ultimate forever family.<br/><br/>To say Sam is a total love would be an understatement! Her heart is huge, and she wants nothing more than to be right by your side at all times, eager to please and showering you with endless affection. She will even gently grab at your hands with her mouth to make sure she has your full attention. While she is not a exactly a "jumper", if she senses you are open to it, she will hop up to wrap her front legs around you in a genuine hug. They say all Border Collies need a job, and Sam firmly believes her full-time job is loving her human!<br/><br/>Sam gets along well with other dogs, but true to her herding roots, her high prey drive and instincts mean she will chase cats, so a feline-free home is best for her. When it comes to fun, she loves playing with balls and thoroughly enjoys a good squeaky stuffy. If you are looking for a loyal, shadow-like companion with a big heart, Sam is ready to fill that role in your life.<br/><br/><br/>All pets arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fee for Sam is a suggested minimum of $160 (more gratefully accepted). All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts.<br/><br/>Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to the Seattle area, delivering adopted pets to their new owners.
