I'm on an adventure to find a new &quot;fur-ever&quot; home. My previous owner wasn't committed to my health or safety and was letting me wander. I have had a vet check up and will be neutered very soon. I have begun to learn voice commands and would really appreciate an owner who is interested in training me. I am very smart and learn quickly. In just a few days I learned to sit and shake. Sometimes I will respond to ‘come’, if there isn’t something more interesting I would rather be doing. If someone has time to spend with me, there will be great rewards for both of us....<br/><br/>AMRNC is assisting with advertising, but Sam’s adoption will be from the good sam’s who are caring for him. Our volunteers who visited with him had this to say: “What a sweet boy!&nbsp; He's tall, long, and lean with a lovely deep black coat and brown &quot;headlights&quot;.&nbsp; His tail is full and it does curl up at times in a nice plume.&nbsp; Apparently he can sing.&nbsp; He's also very smart, attentive, curious, and loving...and I'm sure he shares a lot of the mal qualities of being obedient when&nbsp;convenient, stubborn, etc.&nbsp; His foster caregiver has taught him a lot and he seems eager to please and quick to learn.&nbsp; I think he'll make someone or family a wonderful pet. &nbsp; The intro was smooth and easy and I never felt uncomfortable or saw any signs of unease/anxiety/fear on his part.“<br/><br/>Sam's adoption fee will be determined by his caregivers.
