Hi, Im Sam! <br/><br/>Im about 7 years old, and while I may have a little gray on my face, I think it just makes me look distinguished.<br/><br/>Before coming to the rescue, I spent way too long waiting in a high-kill shelter. Day after day, I watched other dogs leave while I wondered if anyone would ever choose me. Thankfully, R.E.A.L. Rottweiler Rescue saw something special in me and gave me my second chance. Now all I need is the one thing Ive been waiting for all along... a family of my own. <br/><br/>Im the kind of guy who doesnt ask for much. I dont need to be the center of attention or entertain you every second of the day. Im perfectly happy just being near my people, quietly keeping you company and reminding you that youre never alone. <br/><br/>I love going for car rides and will happily be your co-pilot wherever were headed. If theres a pup cup involved, even better! Those are definitely one of my favorite things in the whole world. <br/><br/>Im potty trained, crate trained, and I walk nicely on a leash, so Im way past all that puppy chaos. Ive learned that life is pretty great when you take it one sniff at a time. <br/><br/>I do best with female dogs and would love a home where I can settle in, feel safe, and finally exhale. More than anything, Im looking for someone who understands that older dogs still have so much love left to give. We may not bounce off the walls anymore, but we know how to love with our whole hearts. <br/><br/>If youre looking for a loyal best friend who will happily ride shotgun, enjoy the simple things, and be forever grateful for a soft bed and a kind heart, I think we might be the perfect match.<br/><br/>Ive waited a long time for my happy ending.<br/><br/>Do you think maybe its been waiting for you too?
