Salazar deserves a forever that lasts. <br/><br/>Now over a year old, this handsome Terrier mix from our Harry Potter litter has been let down by three families since he was first listed. Through it all, he remains one of the sweetest, most affectionate little guys—and he’s still waiting for a family who will truly commit to him.<br/><br/>Salazar is timid by nature and needs time to feel safe. But once he’s comfortable with you, his goofy, playful personality comes out! He LOVES playing ball, has lots of energy, and is always happy to cuddle with his trusted people. <br/><br/>He is especially timid and fearful around men, so he would likely do best in an all-female home or a home with a very patient man who will let Salazar build trust at his own pace, without forcing interactions. His family will need to understand that earning his trust takes time—and that the affectionate little goofball underneath is worth the patience. <br/><br/>Salazar is still working on potty training and currently goes both outside and on potty pads. He needs frequent outdoor breaks and a patient, consistent routine to help him transition to going fully outside.<br/><br/>This sweet boy deserves stability, kindness, and a family willing to help him keep learning and building confidence.
