Meet Ryder
Ryder is ready to take a ride to his forever family! Meet Ryder, Ryder is a 7-month-old Labrador Retriever / Border Collie mix and currently weighs about 35 lbs. Ryder was rescued alongside his siblings from a kill shelter in Swainsboro, GA. They were searching for their way out and were beyond excited to see Home for Good walk through the doors.
Since being rescued, Ryder has enjoyed learning what TLC is. He has truly opened up and grown into his big personality. Ryder is very friendly with everyone he meets and loves to meet new people. He brightens up the room anytime he walks in. He is very outgoing and will happily chase any kind of toy and share them with his friends. While Ryder loves his toys, he also likes to save them in different spots to play with later almost like a treasure hunt, he always finds the gold. Ryder enjoys playing with his siblings and would love to have one at home too! He does not mind if they are dogs, cats, or people he loves them all. He is very affectionate and loves to snuggle with his people.Ryder is doing very well with his leash, crate, and house training. He is food motivated and will be easily trainable, he is eager to learn!

All of our dogs are rescued from kill shelters in SC + GA and once ready for adoption live in loving local NJ foster homes until they find forever families of their own. Our fosters begin basic training, housebreaking, and leash-walking skills to help pair you with the perfect pup for life!
