What can we say about this amazing gentle boy? He came to us injured with bite wounds from being attacked(?)(He is ALL Healed up) - the shelter loved on him and knew how special he truly is. He was shy at first, unsure at first, but once he opened up (which is quick) he just wants to be your true companion - to give love and to be loved. If you've had a bad or stressful day, this boy will take all your worries away. He is truly therapeutic ...We have been working on a jumping up issue with him, which he just does to get your attention, as if to say “Hey, I’m right here and not done wanting some love from you” and He is quick to learn, and he is really learning to sit to be pet and loved on instead of jumping up. His response time is awesome! We have all fallen head over heels in love with this big boy, but we know, he truly needs his forever home, where he can be inside with his new person or family. He will truly be a great companion for that special person or family out there looking for that very special dog as that is what he is. Take him camping with you, he will be you love bug and watch dog for you. He doesn't bark too much (great point) but will if he feels it is need. He is one of a kind. His gentle touch when you pet him and stop for a moment, then he puts his paw on your hand to remind you that he is still there - can you tell that we are in love with him???

He is approx 4 years old, Neutered, Vaccinated, Microchipped, Wormed and truly the best dog ever. He has been in the play yard with another male dog and he just wants to play like a puppy. He is lower energy however - as he has matured past the puppy stage now, so he would do well with even an older person/couple. He is very good on a lead, so walking him is easy as well. He is patient, and like we have said, the purest form of love there is. Not to mention how GORGEOUS he is!
