Ruger's Story
Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement-Kennel License #2617

**RUGER IS BONDED TO CHERO**

Could he do well with kids? Yes, with children 12 years and older.

Could he do well with other dogs? Yes, on a dog-by-dog basis.

Has this dog lived with cats? Yes. He interacted more when outside, showing low-level fear but walking reasonably well on a leash. To get him out of his kennel, we had to use steady leash pressure, which was also needed to bring him back inside the building.

Ruger was uncomfortable with handling, maintaining a tense posture and remaining watchful. He showed no interest in food or toys and didn't respond to cues. While he didn't approach new people or dogs, he did come out from the corner when his brother, Chero, was present, although he still didn't engage with anyone for long.
