Ruffles did not have a good start in life. He was taken from a hoarding case and carried to local shelter. We contacted them and just knew we had to help this sweet little guy. He was timid in the beginning but within a couple of days when he figured out we were not going to hurt him he started coming around and wagging his tail . He walks on a leash and is housebroken. He is also crate trained. He is completely vetted and microchipped. Home and Vet visit is required.
