Meet Ruby Tuesday!<br/><br/>Age: 1 year, 2 months<br/>Weight: approx. 60lbs <br/>Energy Level: Med-High<br/><br/>Ruby needed to be rehomed due to unforeseen circumstances, and during that transition she went without much structure or routine. For a young, energetic dog, that can make it hard to know how to manage excitement. Now that she’s receiving consistent work and structure, she’s already showing beautiful improvement.<br/><br/>She’s learning that excitement has limits — engaging with her environment to a healthy level and then resetting and refocusing. She has shown wonderful moments of calmness, listens well, and accepts corrections nicely. Ruby truly wants direction and responds when given it.<br/><br/>Training & Progress:<br/><br/>- Working on boundaries and household manners<br/>- Improving impulse control and focus<br/>- Learning calm leash walking<br/>- Practicing controlled engagement and redirection<br/>- Showing increasing calmness with structure<br/><br/>Ruby is still learning everything — boundaries, expectations, and how to manage her big feelings.
