8 month old sweet girl who is very playful and full of energy. Smart! Adventurous. Likes to play - just about all toys and even sticks are fun for her. Does well with other dogs and loves to play. She knows her name and has good recall. She will respect and listen to her owner as long as they know how to handle an active dog. Some continued basic training would be beneficial. Ruby has learned a couple of basic commands and can easily be taught more. So far, she knows a few tricks (sit, down, spin, speak, play dead). She's treat motivated so that's a good way to train her. She sits on her own before she is given any treats. Potty-training is going fairly well. S in the water. She enjoys playing. Overall, she is a wonderful girl who makes a great companion and hang-out buddy. A home with a fenced yard and an active family is best for her. She may be too excitable for very young kids so adults with older kids would be best (although she has improved on her excitement).
