Roxy is a smart dog who is about 2 years of age. She is amazing and loving around children and is shy at first with strangers. She is a smart girl who knows the commands sit, lie down and shake. When she was first at the shelter, she went on a group dog walk to a local park along with other dogs from the shelter. Roxy was happy to get out of the kennel, especially when treats were involved. She was very friendly to all new people including young kids. She was calm around the other dogs on the walk, and enjoyed getting belly and neck rubs at the water stop. Roxy loaded very easily in the truck and rode well, laying down for the entire ride both ways. She was adopted and returned due to moving and needs a forever home.<br/>Adopted animals are not able to go to their new home until spay and neuter surgery has been done. <br/>Adoptions are first come first serve, and no appointment or application is needed.
