Meet Roxy
Roxy was found as a stray in Houston. She was running around for at least the last year with 2 other male dogs. People who worked nearby had been feeding the 3 dogs for awhile until the 2 males were sadly hit by cars and passed away. They asked for help since the female was now alone. She was easily rescued and surprisingly very social and trusting of humans.
During her first month in rescue it was clear that we had a one-in-a-million sweetie pie on our hands. She eats well, communicates with and plays with other dogs amazingly well, has no problem relaxing in her crate and has never had an accident inside! She is smaller - about 34 lbs and full grown at about 1 yr old. She also tested negative for heartworms and was spayed in December.
Her foster mom takes her out to meet people and to parks and this girl is so great with everyone she meets - we are blown away! She is a fun and loving girl who really tries to please her people. She goes camping and rides well in the car. She's so cute and her ears are up when outside and watching the world and her ears are back when she's getting loved on. She's healthy and ready for her family!
