Roxanne's Story

Meet Roxanne! This precious 15 year old shih tzu was surrendered to us with two others through no fault of their own, and it appears they may have been used for breeding. Since being in a loving foster home, Roxanne has transformed from terrified pup to a happy, lovable girly who is just absolutely thriving. She is healthy, happy, lovable, and up for anything. Roxanne is one of those seniors that believes she is still a young pup, and who are we to correct her?? This superstar is ready to spend her golden years in style!

We promised Roxanne that the rest of her life, would be the best of her life. Could that be with you?

APPLY TO ADOPT: finalvictoryrescue.com *We are located in South Carolina and transport to the northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up pet. We provide local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.*
