SHE REQUIRES SOMEONE WHO IS ABLE TO VISIT THE SHELTER MULTIPLE TIMES TO MEET & GAIN HER TRUST PRIOR TO ADOPTING HER. SHE WOULD DO BEST IN A COUNTRY SETTING THAT IS QUIET.

Rowzee is a 7 year old spayed female German Shepherd who came to the shelter when her owner passed away. She has been in a wonderful foster home and her foster mom says she is exceptionally smart, eager to please and a fast learner. She is very good on the leash, does not pull, and knows and enjoys her commands; sit, down, come, paw, heel, turn, and wait. She also knows hand signals for sit, paw and come. She loves car or truck rides and is very good on long trips. She is house-trained. Rowzee always keeps an eye on her surroundings and barks to let you know when something new is in the area, whether it’s a person or animal. She barks differently for different occasions. She loves her balls and entertains herself playing with them when you are busy or not at home. She also enjoys a nice nap on a cozy couch and would love to be your one and only and she will always be loyal to you.
