I'm Rowdy!
The name is not representative of my characteristics and demeanor though, but I do like fun! I got a taste for a couple of days of what it's like to be in a real home! It was amazing, and I crave more of that so desperately! Sadly, the family discovered that their daughter is allergic to dogs so regretfully they had to say goodbye. It was hard on all of us.

I came from a hoarding situation, so was taught very little about how to behave, but I am so eager and responsive to being shown. I respond well to treats when guided in desired behaviors. My enthusiasm is a bit overwhelming for small kids, so older kids and adults would probably be my best fit. Overall, I have a pretty calm demeanor. The vacuum cleaner was a little scary as I have never been around typical household items. I enjoyed the squeaky toys and being outside to play. I am a hound, so like to explore and will require an adequate fenced yard.

If you're looking for someone who will look up to you (as long as you treat me right), I'm your guy. There is nothing I enjoy like a good long walk with my best buddy. I'm pretty good at leash manners too, don't need many reminders that this is a partnership, not just where I want to go. I am potty trained if you give me the opportunity to go out on a consistent basis.

I love attention and can be vocal at times about what I'm feeling. I'm told that I am a sweet and loving boy, and when I look at you with my adoring eyes you may just want to melt.
