Rosie's Story

ROSIE IS A SUPER SPECIAL COMPANION! Rosie is a 5 year old (5/28/2020) Short Hair Pointer Mix. She is the snuggliest, softest love bug. She is 60-65lbs. IF YOU LOVE THE OUTDOORS THEN THIS IS THE DOG FOR YOU! She loves walks, hikes, dog parks, swimming, playing fetch in fields, going for rides in the car and visiting stores like Home Goods or Home Depot. She is a true companion.

She is timid with new people but when she earns your trust she is a true best friend. Rosie went to a 6 week training camp at Balanced K9 in Fairfield CT. She learned how to follow commands and be more comfortable out in public. She is incredibly smart and playful. Rosie would do well in a house with no kids and no other pets. She loves being active and exploring nature.

Updated 11/26/25
