Rosie's Story

** 190+ DAYS OF WAITING FOR A HOME **

Meet Rosie - going on 7 months with no home :( Foster home also needed!!

Rosie has been through more than most dogs, and somehow, shes still the sweetest girl in the room.

At only about 2 feet tall, Rosie is a small, compact Pocket Bully/Pit Bull mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She may look tough on the outside, but once you meet her, youll quickly discover what a gentle, affectionate sweetheart she really is.

Rosie absolutely loves her people. She loves attention, cuddling, and being included in whatever her humans are doing. She has a calm, loving personality and is the kind of dog who is perfectly happy hanging out by your side.
And Rosie is SO good in the house. She is fully house trained, crate trained, and non-destructive when left home alone. She knows how to settle down and relax, making her an incredibly easy companion. She also loves car rides and is always happy to tag along for an adventure.

Rosie absolutely loves people and children. She is affectionate, friendly, and happiest when she's around her humans. She has all the qualities of an amazing family dog for the right home.

Rosie does need to be the only pet in the home. She does not do well with other dogs or cats, but that means she gets to have all of her family's love and attention to herself.

Her list of accomplishments is pretty impressive:
-Fully house trained
-Crate trained
-Non-destructive when left home alone
-Loves car rides
-Wonderful with kids
-Loves adults and meeting people
-Affectionate and loves her people
-Calm and able to settle in the house
-Small, compact size — only about 2 feet tall
-Spayed
-Fully vaccinated
-Microchipped
-Completed heartworm treatment and recovered beautifully
-No current health concerns

Rosie has spent far too long waiting for someone to see what we see in her.
