Rosey's Story

Rosey is a very sweet, affectionate, loyal, goldendoodle around 5 years old who was surrendered by her breeder due to her age. She is a happy, healthy girl who is ready for a pet home that will love her and nurture her into being a confident, well balanced dog. She is a bit timid but with plenty of love, training, and structure she will be a most beloved family friend. Rosie has never lived inside a home so she will need routine and consistency to develop good house manners. She does very well keeping her kennel clean. Rosie has no interest in playing with other dogs, will need monitored introduction with cats, but no issues with older school age children. I'd say Rosey's ideal home will be a mature, active home with maybe only one other dog if any dogs at all. She can be dog selective or resource guardy. I think she likes dogs smaller than her. Rosey, as you can see, got more of the Golden Retriever genetics and she does shed. Her fur will need brushed but not necessarily need professional grooming like a more poodle doodle. Rosey has great genetics and should live a good healthy rest of her life. <br/>Send an inquiry for an application to adopt.

Reigning Cat and Dogs Rescue Inc's Adoption Policy
Adopters must be financially secure homeowners or renters with one year good standing. They must have outstanding vet history or first time pet owners must have great personal references and agree to go through an obedience course with their new addition. A home visit must be done either in person or virtually. Breed experience is a plus. Fenced yard takes precedence over unfenced yards. Obedience training is highly recommended. Must have a trainer in mind for behavioral issues that arise and be financially prepared to obtain one. A vet exam to get on flea/hw prevention is recommended within the first 2 weeks.
