Her whole world changed in a matter of moments. Six-year old Rose has found herself in our care due to unfortunate circumstances in her previous home. She is confused, overwhelmed, and desperate for a home. Her previous family was heartbroken to give her up but our goal now is to help Rose find the best possible situation. <br/><br/>Rose has lived with other dogs, is not a fan of cats, and has lived with children, and is overall a very sweet girl. She is very wary and scared of men due to a past life (before her previous owner adopted her) and thus will need an experienced dog family or a rescue who has the resources to help her learn that not all men are scary. Male staff at the shelter have been able to walk her and pet her but it is quite obvious that she will need consistency and structure that the shelter environment just can’t provide. You can tell she wants to trust but she needs that wall kicked down to help her do just that.<br/><br/>Rose is housebroken, spayed, and her adoption fee is $45.
