Roscoe is 2 yeas old and 30 lbs. He came to us from a shelter in Kentucky where he had been living chained outside with several other dogs. Lucky boy found his way out of there and is now looking for a safe and happy home. Roscoe is a stocky guy but small. He is a bit confused about his new situation right now but is doing great in his foster home learning to be a family companion. He gets along with all the dogs in his foster home and is loving attention but not sure how to ask for it just yet. Cute little low-rider looking for a fresh start.
