Meet Roscoe. Roscoe at the age of 14 is now finding himself in need of a new loving forever home. His family states that they no longer have the time for Roscoe due to busy schedules and traveling. He s had a dental in the past and did loose quite a bit of teeth , which is a common Yorkie trait.
