Rory's Story
Rory is one of the Irish Boys Litter. He is small at 4 lbs and his mom Tia, is only 9 lbs full grown. He is 4 months old and will need grooming to keep his curls from matting. HE IS NOT hypoallergenic!!!! Because he is a mix breed there is NO guarantee how much he will shed.

Rory was born blind in his R eye and mostly blind in his left. Eye doctor said the left eye may improve as he gets older but its a wait and see thing. But don't let that fool you - he still has so much love, joy and snuggles to give. Rory quickly learns his surroundings and thrives with patience and understanding. He will do best with another small dog to help him navigate his surroundings.

He loves soft beds and being close to his people. He gets so excited when you play with him that he hops around and jumps into your lap. Rory is looking for someone with a big heart who will see past his disability and give him a safe loving home that he deserves.

Blind dogs adapt incredible well and Rory is proof that love doesn't need perfect eyesight. He just needs someone who will to give him a chance.

If you think you can give him his perfect home, go to Carolina-SPCA.org to fill out an application. We do not do out of state adoptions unless you are within a 2 hr driving distance.
