Our Mission
Carolina SPCA is a 501c3 rescue that helps dogs & puppies, gets them health checked, vaccinated, spayed or neutered & adopts them into loving forever homes. They live in foster homes until they find their perfect place. The rescue survives solely on the publics generous donations and from adoption fees to continue saving more animals.
Adoption Policy
Once adoption application form is filled out & Vet references checked, a meet & greet between dog and family is set up. If everything goes well and everyone feels it is a great fit, the adoption will be completed.
