Say hello to Roofus!

Roofus is a 6-year-old Blue tick Coonhound with charm to spare. He loves people and will happily lean in for ear scratches, belly rubs, and cuddles. He also gets along with everyone, including other dogs and cats, so he’ll fit right into a busy, multi-pet home. Roofus is 61 lbs of love and silliness. He will keep you smiling all day.

Why you’ll love Roofus:

• He’s a total goofball. His silly antics and funny personality will keep you laughing every day.

• He’s a dream on a leash. Roofus is easy to walk, so strolls around the neighborhood are a pleasure.

• He’s an outdoor adventurer. Sunshine, fresh air, and interesting smells are his favorite things. He is a hound, after all!

• He’s food-motivated. Roofus LOVES his food, which makes him eager to please (and very easy to bribe with treats).

Roofus’s perfect home:

Roofus needs a home with a fenced yard where he can sniff and explore safely, plus someone who will take him on regular walks. He is doing very well with a consistent potty training routine. We believe he was previously an outdoor dog and although he is catching on things quickly, he is still in need of structure and routine for consistency in becoming an indoor pup! But since he loves the outdoors, he’s doing very well on going outside. If you enjoy time outdoors and want a happy, easygoing buddy by your side, Roofus could be your match!

At 6, Roofus has outgrown his puppy chaos but still has plenty of pep in his step and lots of love to give. He’s ready to bring joy, laughter, and tail wags to his forever family. Could that be you? Apply to adopt Roofus today!

Roofus is neutered, up to date on his vaccines as well as flea/tick/HW prevention. Roofus is also microchipped and has received a full dental.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ADOPTING, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:

- The first step towards adoption is to complete an adoption application, which can be found online at our website www.roadtriprescues.com, under the “ADOPT” tab.

- Do not use the Petfinder links or email to ask us about our adoptable dog listings - we do not always receive these messages and will not respond to them.

- Please do not ask if a dog is still available - we do our best to update their status as quickly as possible. If a dog is listed for adoption, it means we have not yet approved an adopter and are still accepting applications.

- PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY APPROVED ADOPTERS WILL BE PERMITTED TO MEET OUR RESCUES - WE ARE A FOSTER BASED RESCUE AND ALL OF OUR DOGS LIVE WITH US AS FAMILY.

Thanks for considering a rescue pup!

Road Trip Rescues Inc. - Bethlehem, PA
PA Kennel License #7186
