Born in September, this little nugget found herself all alone in the shelter at only three weeks old — no mama, no siblings, just a whole lot of bravery packed into one teeny body. Thankfully rescue swooped in, gave her a soft landing, and at 8 weeks old she came bouncing over to Rise to find her forever people!<br/><br/>Now? Roo is basically a walking serotonin machine.<br/><br/>She’s a Dachshund–Yorkie–Terrier-ish mystery blend, which is scientific speak for: adorable from every angle. We expect her to stay on the petite side — around 15 pounds of pure joy when she’s all grown up.<br/><br/>Roo’s personality is just as charming as her looks.
