Meet Rocky "Superdog" Balboa

Rocky is a miracle dog. Early May, we pulled him from Tyler Animal Control after he was taken from a home due to extreme neglect. Rocky weighed 40 lbs upon intake which was well under what a dog his size should weigh. Since with the SPCA he has gained a little over 10 lbs and he is starting to look more healthy. Rocky is very loving, sweet, and gentle. He needs a home with patience that can teach him what a real home should be like. He is a Catahoula Pit Bull Mix and he is estimated to be about 3 years old. Rocky has been fully vetted and is ready for a family to take him home.
