Rocky Rockstar - Available for meet & greet in RI's Story
They call me Rocky, and while I might have a tough-sounding name, I’m actually just a 36-pound bundle of silver-and-black speckled joy. I’m a 1-year-old Catahoula Cur mix, which means I’ve got these cool "merle" markings that make me stand out in a crowd.

I’m currently hanging out with my foster family in Kent County, RI, but I am officially looking for my forever family.

A Little Bit About My Journey
I’ve had some big adventures lately. I came all the way from Louisiana to find a fresh start. Things were a little scary for a minute when my first family had to move and the new housing would only allow one dog. They were going to bring me to some place called a kill shelter, but a very nice person picked me up and promised me a bright future.

My best friend back home in Louisiana was a four-year-old boy named Josh, and he told everyone what a "good boy" I am. He taught me how to be sweet and loving, and I even lived with a cat without any trouble! I’m all about making friends—two-legged or four.

The "Rocky" Specs:

• Age: 1 year (The perfect mix of puppy energy and growing-up brains!)
• Size: 36 lbs (I’m a "medium" guy—not too big, not too small).
• Health: I’m the total package! I’m neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on all my vaccines, and current on my heartworm prevention.
• Skills: I’m a world-class cuddler and an expert at showing affection.

What I’m Looking For:

I’m still in the "throes of puppyhood," which is a fancy way of saying I have a lot of feelings and a lot of zoomies! I’m looking for a family that is:
• Active & Fun: I want to go on walks, play in the yard, and explore the world with you.
• Patient Teachers: I still need to learn the "ins and outs" of house training and how to walk like a gentleman on a leash. If you give me consistency and rules, I promise to be the best student ever.
• Devoted: I have so much love to give, and I just want a family that will love me right back.

"Rocky doesn't need any help showing love—he’s an overall grand boy who just wants to be part of the team."

I’m ready to leave my past behind and start my new life in New England. I’m available for a scheduled meet & greet, so we can see if our vibes match!
Would you like to schedule a time to come see my coat (and my wiggle) in person?

Apply today:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScTORoCzcVe8_f4NnKCiQIGyVDOFXX108Oyt3T-U_rIfaxj0g/viewform

Apply today:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScTORoCzcVe8_f4NnKCiQIGyVDOFXX108Oyt3T-U_rIfaxj0g/viewform
