Rocky Great Pyrenees North Haven, CT

Rocky was found running the streets and was picked up by local animal control. No one claimed him, but his microchip traced back to an owner who had rehomed him. The animal control officers reached out to us and Rocky came to HHR to find his forever home.

Rocky can be a bit aloof (typical of guardian breeds) but is a friendly, fluffy boy. He has a ton of personality and loves to run and play and has done been a gentleman with the other dogs we have introduced him to. Rocky is still adjusting to other dogs, so we're looking for a home where he will be the one and only- at least for now. Rocky requires a home with Pyrenees (or other working dog breed) experience. No small children for Rocky. He's just too big and strong.

Rocky is a young adult (our vet thinks two years old at most). He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and have tested negative for heartworm and tick-borne diseases. He is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Rocky weighs just over 125 lbs but is still gaining weight.
