Meet Rocky! Rocky is a 1-year old Great Dane mix and has really grown during his time in his foster home. When he first arrived, it was very apparent he had not been socialized with people and other animals. He was extremely scared of everything & everyone and was learning to be an inside dog.

But boy, how much he has blossomed over a few months! Now, he LOVES playing with his foster dog sisters and brother as well as playing with his toys. He is still shy around new people, but once he is around them a few times, he really starts to warm up to you. He LOVES to get his nightly massages along with belly rubs.

Crate training is still a work in progress; sometimes he is fine and sometimes he shows some anxiety when he is it. Most nights he sleeps in his foster’s mom bedroom with his foster dog siblings in his bed and does just fine.

For the most part, he is housetrained. However, he still has accidents from time to time as this is also another thing about him that is a work in progress. You will just need to show him a little extra patience once he is in his new home & continue training with him.

If your looking for a very sweet, gentle soul then Rocky is your guy! He has shown absolutely no aggressive behavior with food, toys, other animals and people that he has been around. To be a young dog, he has not shown to be a very hyper dog either.

Rocky is UTD on vaccinations and neutered.
