Hello everyone, meet Rocky! This chunky monkey came to Woodford Humane looking for his second chance after his human passed away. If you are looking for a dog who is out of the puppy stage but not yet to lazy senior, Rocky could be the perfect fit for you! While it would benefit him to lose a few pounds (to help his joints as he gets older) we don't suspect he'll want to be running any marathons. Rocky will be quite content to snuggle up on the couch after a good walk or a jaunt around the backyard. If you have another dog at home, we'd recommend bringing them out for a meet-and-greet prior to adoption, just to make sure everyone can get along! Does Rocky sound like the perfect fit for you?
