Rocky's Story

Meet Rocky, a seven year old Lab/American Bulldog mix weighing 70 pounds.

Rocky’s journey hasn’t been the easiest—he came to us after his owner was arrested, and his family was unable to continue caring for him. Despite all the changes and challenges in his life, Rocky has remained one of our happiest and most easy-going boys. He greets everyone he meets with a wagging tail, a happy smile, and a heart full of love.

Even though Rocky is approaching senior status, he proves that age is just a number. He’s full of energy and enthusiasm, always ready for a walk, a game, or a snuggle. Rocky knows sit, shake, and down, and he’s extremely treat motivated, making training sessions a joy for both him and his human friends.

Rocky has met other dogs during his time with us and has done well, showing he’s friendly and well-rounded. He’s the kind of companion who loves to be by your side, whether you’re exploring the outdoors, relaxing at home, or enjoying some quality bonding time.

This handsome, loyal boy has so many wonderful years ahead and is just waiting for a forever home where he can continue spreading joy every day.
