3/2/26 5-year-old Rocco is a big, gentle giant who’s looking for a new home through no fault of his own. His previous owners just couldn’t find the time for him anymore.<br/><br/>He can be a little shy when you first meet him, but he warms up pretty quickly. He loves going for walks and will rest his head on your lap for pets. He enjoys playing with toys and is afraid of fireworks.<br/><br/>Rocco is good with children, though because of his size we recommend a home with teens and older. He can be selective with other dogs, but so far he’s been very calm and non-reactive around the other dogs at the rescue. He may do well with a female dog in the home.<br/><br/>Whoever wins this boy’s heart is going to be very lucky.Not every dog is available for adoption or need a foster - some are wards of the rescue (usually due to medical reasons, but sometimes behavioral).
