Robin's Story

Say hello to Robin! Robin came to Chi Town with six other dogs (two adults and four week-old puppies). Robin was originally rescued by a good samaritan who came in contact with a homeless man who was the owner of the dogs. The owner admitted he needed help and could not care for the animals. The good samaritan agreed to take the dogs and then reached out to local rescues for help. The mama and pups are currently in foster and Robin and her pal (sister?), Wren are available for adoption.
Robin is an outgoing gal who will likely hop in your lap soon after meeting you. Robin loves attention and pets and will make a great companion dog for someone looking for a buddy to share in life's adventures. Robin enjoys playing with her pal Wren, and has done well overall with new dogs she's met at the shelter. Bring your dog in for an intro and we can help everyone get started off on the right paw. Speaking of paws, did you notice Robin's cute little "knee-high" white socks? She also has an adorable set of ears; one up, and one down!
Robin is approximately one-year-old and weighs around 10-pounds. Her adoption fee is $375 and includes spay surgery, vaccinations up to date including Rabies certificate, and microchip. Email chitownrescue@gmail.com for more information/meet and greet appointment.
