Rizzo Jack Russell Terrier Mix Brookfield, CT

Along with his mom and siblings, Rizzo was found abandoned out in the woods. Momma is a Jack Russell terrier, and she had found a tiny little covered area for protecting and nursing her babies all on her own. The gentleman who discovered the litter let us know about them, and we were able to get the puppies quickly into foster homes. The pups are about 14-16 weeks old now. Thanks to all the attention and TLC from their foster families, they are all healthy, happy, friendly and well socialized. They are very playful, but they also love to be held and to snuggle.
Rizzo’s foster mom says “he’s such a snuggler. He does love to play with other dogs and squeaky toys are a big hit. He’s crate trained and doing well with getting house trained too.”
