Rizzo American Bulldog Mix Concord, NC

Meet Rizzo, a charming and chunky bulldog-ish mix known for her adorable snorts! She's a little over seven years old and weighs close to sixty-five pounds. Rizzo has had a challenging journey, coming to us pregnant and giving birth to eleven puppies right here in the shelter. All her puppies have found loving homes, but Rizzo herself is still waiting for her chance to experience the love of a forever family.

Personality:
Rizzo may be shy with strangers, but she's an absolute sweetheart with the people she knows. She eagerly accepts all the affection she can get and will flop right over for cuddles. Despite her tough start, Rizzo is ready to shower her forever family with love and loyalty.

Compatibility:
Rizzo prefers to be the Queen B of her domain and would thrive in a home where she can be the sole focus of attention. She's had some trouble with crates, proving to be an escape artist, so someone who works from home or can spend plenty of time with her would be a great fit.
