Meet River!<br/><br/>River is a 4-month-old collie mix (mom reported to be a standard collie; dad guessed to be a mastiff mix) with a friendly personality and a love for people, playtime, and learning new things.<br/><br/>River is already housebroken and crate trained, and she’s doing a wonderful job learning basic commands. She will happily sit, lie down, and even go into her crate when asked — especially if treats are involved. Like many young puppies, she’s still working on impulse control during playtime, but she is gentle in nature and wants to be everyone’s friend.<br/>River enjoys spending time outdoors, playing with other dogs, and accompanying her people on everyday adventures. <br/><br/>She would do best in a home with an active lifestyle and would especially enjoy having another playful dog companion or a fenced yard where she can run and explore. She is not suited for a quiet, low-activity household, as she thrives with engagement and routine.
