River is a beautiful 2 year old German Shorthaired Pointer with a big heart and an even bigger personality. He traveled all the way from Hungary to the US to train as a bomb detection dog for the police department, but it turned out he was too lovable and friendly for that line of work. Now, he's ready to find an active family who can appreciate his playful, affectionate nature. He's up to date on vaccines, neutered and microchipped. He loves to play fetch and go on adventures. He's currently attending obedience training and is picking up basic commands quickly. He gets along with other dogs and needs a home with a fenced yard to play in.
