Meet Riley! Riley is a sweet and spicy, 10 year old, toy poodle, who likes to move through the world at her own pace. Not much is known about her history before she became an upper east side girlie, but she’s learning the ropes quickly!<br/><br/>Riley is sensitive to meeting new people and new environments, so slow introductions are best. She’ll communicate her boundaries, but with a little time and patience, she starts to trust, and her sweet & spunky personality begins to shine. Her favorite activity is playing fetch and chasing after a ball.<br/><br/>She thrives outside, especially at a park on leash or an enclosed dog run. Her confidence skills are improving with every walk and encounter. She is fully housebroken and so easy to take outside on the streets of the city! She also does great alone.<br/><br/>Riley LOVES food, so she should always have her meals away from other dogs/people and in a semi-private space. She’s learning that treats are offered for proper manners and good girls who share their toys. <br/><br/>She would do great in a home with no kids, and with someone who is willing to work for her trust. She seems to get along well with other dogs who also respect her space and takes interest in getting some bum sniffs in on walks. Her favorite place is her dog bed, and she’d be the perfect work from home, pocket princess companion.
